Latha is the Head-Human Resources for Medwell Ventures Pvt. Ltd.
Latha is an M.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Madras with one of her specializations in Organization Psychology. She has over 20 years of extensive & accomplished HR & Sales experience in progressively responsible roles from industries such as Healthcare, BFSI, Education Services, Staffing & Consulting & Publication.
Having a mix of Sales & HR exposure and be part of some of the Startup ecosystems, she loves challenges involving people and performance. Over the years she has grown to expertise in Talent Acquisition, Training & Skill Development and Operations – Business, Training & HR functions also managing multiple Govt. projects. Last 8 years she has been closely associated with Sector Skill Council, Employment Exchanges & Industry partners in enhancing and nourishing the Employement & Skill ecosystem.
In the next 5 years, she is also looking at empowering to reach more women for better quality job at Medwell in Partnership with a mission driven Consulting firm.
